Did ghost from call of duty modern warfare 2 really mention fireproof vests in any mission before he died?

ive heard rumors and it seems possible to believe from all the videos from youtube of him not getting shot in a vital area and the bullet wound shown in the game and the people only pour gasoline on roach and i just want to really know if he said "why do we have to wear these fireproof vests?" and if he did say it what mission did he say that? thanks people
