In puerto rico, gasoline is sold by liters, right? How much does it cost?

There are about 4 liters to the US Gallon, so at $.88 per LITER times FOUR that would be about $3.52 pr gallon for gas... this is just a ROUGH CONVERSION so save the insults for when I really DO screw up since you don't have to wait that long
